Ishra Soleiman

Ishra is a seasoned healthcare and corporate law attorney with over a decade of experience advising healthcare professionals and organizations. She represents a diverse range of clients, from individual healthcare providers and medical groups to telehealth startups, senior living communities, non-profit health clinics, and multi-state hospital systems. Her practice covers a broad array of legal needs, including business formation, contracts, corporate transactions, compliance, and licensing.
Ishra is particularly skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business agreements, including employment and independent contractor agreements, joint ventures, vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and publishing agreements. She also has extensive experience structuring and facilitating compliant healthcare entity sales and acquisitions.
Her expertise extends to navigating federal and state anti-kickback fraud and abuse
laws, advising on corporate practice of medicine and scope of practice restrictions,
ensuring HIPAA compliance, navigating Medicare and Medicaid audits and
overpayments, and preparing self-disclosures when appropriate.
Ishra earned her law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and is admitted to practice law in both Arizona and Colorado. When not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family in Tucson.

Sami is the Operations Director at Yaser Ali Law, where he ensures smooth operations and delivers exceptional client experiences. Sami holds a Master’s in Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, bringing a strong foundation in strategic business leadership to the firm.
Before joining Yaser Ali Law, Sami gained valuable experience in business operations at an IT services and consulting firm, where he specialized in optimizing processes and managing complex organizational systems. During his time in the corporate world, he honed his skills in efficiency and his commitment to excellence.
An aspiring law student, Sami is passionate about the intersection of business and law, with a focus on nonprofit governance, estate planning, and business formations.
When not in the office, Sami enjoys spending quality time with his family, and exploring Arizona’s stunning landscapes and wildlife through hiking and hunting. Tahsin Haque is a dedicated and skilled estate planning paralegal with over four years of experience in estate planning and probate. A proud graduate of Arizona State University, she holds a bachelor’s degree and brings a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to every matter.

Whether she’s assisting with drafting wills, trusts, and other essential documents or guiding families through the probate process, she is committed to making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
