Meet Yaser Ali

Yaser Ali is a wealth planning attorney licensed in Arizona and California. His practice is focused on developing and implementing tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth clients that are consistent with their personal philosophies, values, and objectives.
Recognized as a 40 under 40 award winner by the Phoenix Business Journal and the University of Florida Alumni Association, and as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine, Yaser is proud to have structured over $100 million in sophisticated charitable gifts and bequests for his clients.
Yaser is a frequent speaker and commentator on issues relating to estate planning and religion, particularly with respect to sharia-compliant planning. As a consultant, Yaser routinely provides guidance and support to other attorneys seeking to expand their expertise in this area, with a focus on helping them develop customized estate planning solutions for their high-net-worth clients.
Outside of the office, Yaser serves as an Imam and teacher at his local Mosque, as the Executive Director of a non-profit scholarship organization, and on the Phoenix Community Foundation Professional Advisory Board. Yaser lives with his wife and four children in sunny Phoenix, Arizona.
